Is there a formula for a great burger? We say yes:
1. Good Beef. We love local if possible
2. Don't over cook it. Medium please.
3. Steel Flat top. This gets a nice crust on the outside and seals in the flavor.
4. A good bun. Doesn't fall apart from the juices, but doesn't overpower either.
5. Season the burger. It needs to be salty enough.
